Refund Policy

Semoraa will issue refunds only if the returned product is eligible for return.
Customers can receive their refund via Bank transfer.
This process may take 4-5 business days as refund will be issued only after the product has gone through a quality inspection.
If the bank statement does not reflect the refunded amount, keep in touch with your personal bank.
