Exchange Policy

To claim an exchange, Semoraa needs to be notified within 3 working days after receiving the order.
The complaint is processed between 24 to 72 hours and the new parcel is delivered within the next 3 to 6 working days.
Semoraa will only exchange products if the product was physically broken, wrong size or wrong color.
