Exchange Policy

  • To claim an exchange, Semoraa needs to be notified within 3 working days after receiving the order.
  • The complaint is processed between 24 to 72 hours and the new parcel is delivered within the next 3 to 6 working days.
  • Semoraa will only exchange products if the product was physically broken, wrong size or wrong color.

Return Policy

  • Semoraa will only accept returns in case the product is unworn, unwashed and unused. If the product being returned is in inadequate condition, The Semoraa reserves the right not to accept the return.
  • As soon as the request is received, the complaint department processes it within one to three working days.
  • Semoraa accepts returns only if the product is sent back to us within three days of being delivered.
  • If the request of return is accepted by the company, the refund is processed within 3 days after receiving the parcel.
  • The return should be backed with valid reason. Semoraa will only accept returns if the product delivered to you, was defected, physically damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
  • Product should be returned to Semoraa in the original form in which it was delivered.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged-not returned.

Refund Policy

  • Semoraa will issue refunds only if the returned product is eligible for return.
    Customers can receive their refund via Bank transfer.
  • This process may take 4-5 business days as refund will be issued only after the product has gone through a quality inspection.
  • If the bank statement does not reflect the refunded amount, keep in touch with your personal bank.

Complain Policy

We have a well-trained and tenured staff for quality checking and packaging, our products are well packed in fragile packing so its not possible that our customer receives damage products, because we try to reduce the in-transit damages, however in some exceptional scenarios we facilitate valid complains of our customers as per process because our customers are important for us but we have no refund and no exchange policy. Complain under special scenarios will be accommodate if lodge within 24 hours of receiving a parcel.
